Submission Guidelines
1. Content Requirements
- Inappropriate Content: Articles must not include threats, harassment, hate speech, or any form of offensive language. Maintain a professional and respectful tone throughout.
- Relevance: Submissions must align with our themes, such as corporate news, startup stories, industry insights, or success stories.
- Privacy and Consent: Respect the privacy of individuals and organizations. Do not include personal information (e.g., names, images, or contact details) without prior, explicit consent.
- Originality: We only accept original and unpublished articles. Plagiarism, recycled material, or unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in rejection.
- Content Quality: Articles should be well-researched, accurate, and insightful. Proofread for grammar and spelling errors, and include proper citations where necessary.
2. Word Count and Formatting
- Length: Articles should be between 800–1500 words. Longer pieces will be considered if the topic demands comprehensive coverage.
- Structure: Use short paragraphs, clear subheadings, and lists (e.g., bullet points or numbered lists) for readability.
- Title and Meta Description: Include a compelling title and a brief meta description (150–160 characters).
3. Images and Media
- Images: Attach high-quality, relevant images with proper attribution or ensure they are royalty-free.
- Media: Videos and infographics are welcome but should be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).
- Attribution: Clearly provide sources for all non-original media included in your submission.
4. Links
- Allowed Links: You may include up to two do-follow backlinks that are relevant and add value to the article.
- Prohibited Links: Avoid promotional, spammy, or irrelevant links. Excessive linking will result in rejection.
5. Author Bio
- Include a brief author bio (50–100 words) along with a professional headshot.
- You may include one link to your social profile or personal website in the bio.
6. Submission Process
- Submit your article in Microsoft Word or Google Docs format to article@corporatefame.com.
- Include your name, email address, and author bio in the submission email.

- Our editorial team reserves the right to edit submissions for grammar, style, and clarity, while maintaining the original intent of the content.
Prohibited Content
We do not accept articles that:
- Promote illegal activities or unethical practices.
- Contain adult or gambling-related promotions.
- Are overly self-promotional, irrelevant, or keyword-stuffed.
Review and Response
- Our team will review submissions within 7–10 business days and notify you if your article is accepted or requires revisions.
