KPI Green Energy Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, KPGC Two Private Limited, as part of its continued expansion in the renewable energy sector. The company was incorporated on September 26, 2026, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
KPGC Two has an authorised and subscribed capital of ₹1 lakh, divided into 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. KPI Green Energy holds 100% of the subsidiary’s shareholding. The newly formed company has not yet commenced commercial operations and therefore currently reports nil turnover.
Focus on Renewable Energy
According to the regulatory disclosure, KPGC Two has been established to undertake activities across the power and renewable-energy value chain. Its objectives include generating, storing, transmitting, distributing, purchasing, selling and supplying electricity from renewable and conventional sources such as solar, wind, hydro, biomass and thermal energy.
The subsidiary will also be able to establish, own, develop, operate and maintain power plants and energy-storage systems.
A New Platform for Energy Projects
The incorporation gives KPI Green Energy another dedicated corporate platform for pursuing renewable-energy and power-infrastructure activities. The company has been expanding across solar, wind, hybrid power and battery-energy-storage projects, and its latest subsidiary adds another entity within that broader business structure. KPI Green Energy’s stock-exchange submissions also list multiple recent developments across these areas.
